Senior Total Rewards Analyst
Job Description:
Kenvue is recruiting for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst for its EMEA Benefits Operations team.

This role is part of EMEA Benefits with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the team. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Finance Operations processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Conducts job evaluations and provide salary recommendations (may need to draft job offers).
Prepares specific senior executive salary proposals and develops salary recommendations.
Provides detailed analytical support to the Total Rewards team including extensive research, ad hoc analysis and make recommendations.
Participates in Total Rewards surveys.
Benchmarks Total Rewards programs relative to market and peer group companies and performs analyses to determine organization's competitive position.
Coordinates and administers Total Rewards programs, policies and procedures, as well as makes change recommendations as necessary.
Assists in the development of and implements Total Rewards administrative guidelines and programs. Identifies and resolves issues in the TR administration system.
Serves as an internal consultant, advises and trains management on Total Rewards policies and procedures.
Designs and recommends special projects of incentive plans, analyzes various department requirements to determine Total Rewards related needs.
Use analytics tools (including WorkforceDNA) to derive insights to inform talent and HR strategies in support of local, sector, regional and/or enterprise business goals.
