The objectives for this position will be to understand the market dynamics and the competitive environment within the industry to identify key challenges and solutions that will improve forecast accuracy for all channels and products. Also, you will be the main contact in the Planning team concerning the omnichannel performance for all our brands. Hence, you’ll be entrusted to communicate this to all members of our company.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare regular reports on our brands market shares & volumes by tracking monthly KPIs for the most important channels, updating and analyzing share behavior for BAT and competitors in collaboration with the planning team, and elaborating reporting to the leadership team and all collaborators for business reviews.
  • Provide inputs to the demand forecast manager by analyzing the launches of new products, pricing, market trends, competitor activities, identifying industries and consumer behaviors that can impact sales performance, and supporting planning team to optimize forecast based on strategic business decisions.
  • Support in preparing presentations.
  • Data management: upload correctly reported sales volumes into the internal systems to facilitate the readiness and understanding of sales and forecast on BPC, BI, BO, Kinaxis, and manage effectively and update databases/ archives related to industry and company performance.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 6 months experience in management, marketing or commercial.
  • Good understanding of business KPIs and multichannel strategies, ideally in FMCG industry.
  • Robust knowledge on Excel and Power Point (Power BI and Kinaxis are a plus!)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related fields (management, marketing, supply chain, commercial).
  • Fluent in English (French B1 is advantageous).
