Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and laptops running Windows, as well as gaming equipment.
- Support in purchasing new equipment, including gaming hardware, maintenance, and warranty repairs.
- Assist in the inventory of equipment and software, ensuring compliance with licenses.
- Support in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers running Windows.
- Install software and troubleshoot related issues.
Requirements:
- Interest in the IT/Gaming industry.
- Willing to collaborate for approximately 40 hours per month under a contract of mandate.
- Preferred education in IT or a related field.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and video game consoles.
- Ability to prioritize and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Windows systems and MS Office applications.
