Role Overview
We are looking for a Backend Developer with solid experience in NestJS to join our engineering team. You’ll be working on modern, scalable backend systems powering real-world applications. Familiarity with Laravel is a bonus, but not required. Experience with Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using NestJS (TypeScript)
- Design and implement clean, maintainable APIs and microservices
- Work closely with DevOps, product, and frontend teams
- Write high-quality, tested code and participate in peer reviews
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
Desirable Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of NestJS and TypeScript
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker)
- Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
Bonus Skills (Nice to have)
- Experience with Kubernetes (or any container orchestration)
- Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to Laravel or PHP-based frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and monitoring tools
