Responsibilities:
- Grow the business within the Beauty vertical
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Help deepen penetration within brands
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process, and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
- Own responsibility for the full L’Oréal account, acting as the key strategic advisor across all divisions and overall central CMO team
- Design and deploy overarching account strategy at FR level
- Drive account level forecast accuracy
- Lead without formal authority the broader internal L’Oréal account team in France, providing coaching, mentorship, and direction to ensure excellence and alignment
- Own relationship with internal GA&A team and drive global partnership (JBP) adoption and media excellence across all divisions at FR level
- Foster collaboration across internal stakeholders to drive performance and deliver value for the client
