We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help guide our insurance clients through successful implementations and onboarding of our Deploy product. In the pre-sales phase, you will partner with our Sales team to explain integration patterns, demonstrate our deployment methodology, and build confidence with prospects. Once a deal closes, you will own project delivery, orchestrating stakeholders and ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration of Deploy.
Responsibilities
1. Integration Project Management
Act as the primary delivery contact for Deploy implementations with insurers, guiding them on how to integrate Deploy with their Policy Administration System (PAS).
Coordinate integration projects between client IT teams, external system integrators, and internal product teams.
Drive and track integration milestones with a clear delivery plan.
Ensure the client understands integration scope, milestones, and requirements.
Own client-facing communication during the deployment project.
2. Pre-Sales Technical Support & Discovery
Partner closely with Actuarial Data Scientists to qualify and develop opportunities involving Deploy.
Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to assess their IT landscape, data flows, and integration capabilities.
Define integration patterns and present technical architectures that meet client needs.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical deep-dives to decision-makers and integration stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solutions aligned with Deploy’s roadmap and client expectations.
Help craft compelling Statements of Work (SoW) and technical annexes for proposals.
3. Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as the go-to contact for clients during Deploy onboarding and post-sale project execution.
Understand client expectations, product usage, and integration challenges.
Proactively manage communications, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
Identify blockers and coordinate with product, engineering, or external partners to unblock them.
4. Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders
Work closely with product, engineering and support teams to ensure client needs are captured and prioritized.
Collaborate with external system integrators or client vendors as necessary to ensure integration readiness.
Document learnings and guidelines for successful PAS-to-Deploy interfacing; contribute to playbooks, guides, and reusable tools to improve future implementations.
Experience & Industry Background
3+ years in project delivery, implementation management, or customer success roles.
Insurance industry experience required: strong familiarity with Policy Admin Systems, Rating Engines, and insurance product workflows.
Experience managing IT integrations in enterprise environments, including with external system integrators.
Exposure to SaaS delivery models and client onboarding processes.
Skills & Mindset
Excellent ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong customer service mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
Able to navigate complexity in enterprise software projects and manage uncertainty.
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
This role does not require hands-on technical implementation (e.g., scripting, API development, or server configuration), but does require strong technical coordination and insurance delivery experience.
Important: You must possess an employment status: French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’ that will allow work from our Paris office. Same for our office in London. We are equally open to the visa sponsorship of non-EU candidates as long as they are already in possession of their final diploma / attestation of their final academic results.
