SAP’s Cloud Success Services, is driving innovative services for customers from an end-to-end perspective. Our mission is to achieve customer’s success and retention for SAP by efficient and flawless implementation of all SAP solutions with a strong focus on the digitalization agenda of customers.
Business Transformation Services (BTS) is part of SAP Cloud Success & Delivery organization (CS&D). It is a global organization consisting of central expertise teams and of local customer centric teams. The core mission of BTS is to drive the digitalization agenda of our customers through designing and implementing Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps. Management consulting, Business value generation, business & process model redesign and organizational change management are in BTS’s DNA.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- inimum of 6 years work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services and strong ability to plan and drive change management during projects D
- evelop and articulate clear, actionable SAP S/4HANA roadmaps tailored to a client specific business needs and objectives. Strong Business process experience, in a SAP context, such as process re-engineering, process design or process audits C
- onduct thorough assessments of existing SAP landscapes and business processes E
- valuate and recommend optimal deployment scenarios (e.g. greenfield, brownfield, hybrid) A
- nalyze business requirements and translate them into strategic S/4HANA transformations A
- dvisory in a SAP transformation context. It may cover business process re-engineering, process design and audits, definition of landscape strategy, IT portfolio planning, COE organization, enterprise architecture governance, business value roadmap. E
- xcellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well solid presentation skills P
- roven experience in customer management and team coordination. E
- xperiences in ENR, Utilities industries is a plus F
