We are looking for a Business Manager to run our Denmans Weston-Super-Mare Branch, working a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
As a Business Manager, you'll be taking ownership of the day-to-day branch operation, driving exceptional customer service to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching across the team to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.
Ideally, you will have previous management experience within an electrical wholesale environment - although we will consider candidates from other industries, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase, and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.

What we're looking for:
- A passion for leading a Business Unit to build strong customer engagement & increase sales in a proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a cross-functional team to achieve target performance
- Proven experience in commercially managing a business unit or branch within an electrical wholesale / trade environment is preferable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while leading your team with a positive growth mindset
- A natural change champion, capable of embracing change and new technologies, and guiding your team through the transition
