The role of our EVAI (Evian Volvic Alpro International) Central Marketing Manager is to further increase EVAI decision power and business impact, enabling implementation of global initiatives balancing consistency, efficiency & local realities while maximizing business impact on wide channel landscape (HORECA, EC, travel & retail). More concretely:
Communication & activation – multi channel
- Gather EVAI needs (campaigns, assets, activations, portfolio initiatives) & drive the deliveries balancing brand consistency, efficiency, business priorities & local needs, working in tight collaboration with global teams (equity, shopper, inno)
- From global toolkits, recommend localization approach and global contents to be used by EVAI zones, leveraging synergies cross-zones
- Track & consolidate performance, and recommend action plan Supporting the Marketing Director in the yearly plans building process and business reviews

Portfolio & growth platforms
- Provide data and insight to fuel Marketing plans and premium water playground understanding
- Build the yearly calendar and pipeline for evian, Volvic, and be responsible for the tracking of transversal initiatives Drive business cases & acceleration plans working in tight collaboration with local teams
Marketing community animation (transversal meetings animation, best practice sharing , Mkt capabilities (training animation), toolkit/ templates recommendation,
process implementation.
Central PPE budget management
Spokesperson EVAI for global teams & water community.

About youYou would typically have around 8 years relevant experience in Marketing ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company or Danone classical CBU;
experience in an international/regional role is a plus
- You are recognized for your ability to build a long-term brand vision and strategy while ensuring short-term business performance and execution.
- You have proven experience in channel activation (online/offline).
- You possess strong analytical skills, are results-oriented, and demonstrate creativity.
- You are known for your leadership: ability to manage and influence stakeholders, and to mobilize and inspire teams.
- You have initial experience in team management.
