Job Description
As a Corporate Projects Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in both the strategic and operational aspects of our corporate engagement efforts and the seamless execution of our corporate matchmaking events.
More precisely, reporting to our Consulting Senior Manager - Deep Tech & Innovation Strategy, you will:
Corporate Engagement and Relations (~30%)
- Develop and implement a targeted promotion plan to attract relevant corporates across Europe, with a focus on sectors like Health/Biotech, Energy/Sustainability, and Digital/ICT.
- Conduct screenings and apply a selection process to identify and engage corporates keen on active participation in open innovation initiatives.
- Engage in proactive portfolio management, nurturing long-term relationships with corporates and continuously evaluating their alignment and contribution to the ecosystem.
Event Planning and Management (~50%)
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events, including Corporate Days, Multicorporate Days, and others, ensuring each is tailored to foster meaningful connections and collaborations.
- Work closely with corporates to coordinate logistics, set agendas, and manage all facets of event execution, from kickoff meetings to post-event activities.
Feedback and Impact Reporting (~20%)
- Systematically gather and analyze feedback from corporates after each engagement, using surveys, interviews, and direct feedback mechanisms to assess their satisfaction, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Compile comprehensive reports on corporate engagement activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and measurable impacts of collaborations on both startups and corporates.
Preferred Experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience in corporate engagement, partnership development, or business development, preferably within the tech, innovation, or startup ecosystems.
- A background in Business, Economics, or related fields will help you to be successful in this job.
- You have a proven track record of successfully demonstrating the ability to plan and execute complex, multi-stakeholder projects and events with precision and creativity.
- Experience working within or closely with large corporations, understanding their decision-making processes and innovation strategies. Experience in working on European projects is a big plus.
- Experience in a growing startup or small company is a plus.
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
- Organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from startup founders to corporate executives.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, able to identify opportunities for synergy and collaboration, and translate them into actionable plans.

Recruitment Process

- one interview with our People Operations & Culture Coordinator,
- one interview with your future Manager,
- one Case Study to be presented, followed by a coffee with your future peers to make sure you would enjoy working with your future colleagues,
