We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator reporting directly to the Global HRBP to join our HR team based in Nanterre, France. This position is key in the continuous improvement of HR processes and the support of managers and employees within the organization.

About the role:
Broadly, the role is divided as follows: 50% HRBP for the Genesis France team (about 30 employees), 50% support to the Global HRBP and transversal projects. In detail:
Operational HR Management:
- Support a wide range of HR activities for the Genesis France office based on the group's People & Culture model.
- Support and ensure compliance with labor and social security laws, including implementing new HR measures or updating existing ones (telework charter, DUERP, contracts, welcome booklet).
- Participate in various HR campaigns of the company and ensure the follow-up of processes (performance evaluations, talent management, training, etc.).
- Manage the integration of new employees and departures.
- Support local teams in other countries (UK, US, APAC) with their various HR needs, such as recruitment, training, etc.
- Develop HR communications and disseminate best practices to employees.
HR Projects & Development:
- Support the implementation of projects and processes such as talent development, performance management, recruitment, training plan, etc.
- Support the activities of the global HR department of Genesis.
- Participate in HR development and continuous improvement projects for all Genesis entities internationally.
- Participate in the digitalization and optimization of internal HR processes.
- Monitor strategic HR indicators and analyze regular reports.

Your Profile:
- You have around 5 years of experience, ideally including junior HRBP responsibilities
- You have a good knowledge of French labor law, and proficiency in payroll and social relations is a plus.
- Languages: English and French (written & spoken)
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- You are organized, have good analytical skills, and are comfortable working in a multicultural and evolving environment.
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, and ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel.
- You are curious and open-minded.
