Job Description
Within the People Analytics Team, the Group HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, structuring, analyzing and visualizing HR data to provide relevant insights to support strategic and operational decisions. He/she plays a key role in the data-driven transformation of the HR function under HR Data Analytics Manager.
Analysis & Visualization
- Collect, cleanse and structure HR data from various sources (HRIS, surveys, internal tools).
- Create interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau, etc.).
- Carry out descriptive and exploratory analyses on HR themes: workforce, mobility, diversity, performance, etc.
Decision Support
- Provide ad hoc analyses to HR teams and managers.
- Identify trends, correlations and areas for improvement based on data.
- Participate in defining and monitoring HR KPIs.
Collaboration & Data Quality
- Work closely with HR, IT, Data and Finance teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR data quality.
- Participate in cross-functional HR digitalization projects.
Qualifications
Relevant experience
You have had a first experience in data analysis.
Skills and knowledge
- You master one or more vizualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- You have a good knowledge of Excel, SQL. Python or R would be a plus.
- You have a solid grasp of the mathematical principles behind statistics.
- Fluent English is essential, French is a plus.
- You have an analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, ability to popularize data.
