INSEAD is seeking an Officer, Student Liaison and Career Events to join our Degree Programmes Department . This is a full-time, permanent contract position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

Reporting to the Director, Careers Delivery, you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of career services, particularly for our Master in Management (MIM) students. This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring timely access to essential career resources, coordinating with internal teams and external providers, and enhancing student engagement through seamless event logistics and platform management.
Your role within the team
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage content creation, release, and troubleshooting on the LMS for MIM career activities. Collect feedback and recommend improvements for a cohesive student experience.
- P0 Planning & Delivery: Coordinate P0 activities with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure platform access, content readiness, and tailored communications in partnership with Admissions and CDC.
- External Provider Coordination: Liaise with career workshop facilitators. Manage session scheduling, communications, and publicity, and gather student feedback post-delivery.
- Event & Workshop Logistics: Support logistics for core curriculum, electives, and coach visits (virtual and in-person). Coordinate registrations, room setups, AV needs, and communication with students.
- Career Coaching Support: Assist in onboarding and supporting external coaches with platform access and schedule updates. Maintain up-to-date coach-facing information.
- Career Representatives Engagement: Act as point of contact for MIM Career Representatives on the Fontainebleau campus. Coordinate meetings, gather insights, and support initiatives to enhance student engagement.
- Career Resources & Communications: Promote awareness and usage of MIM-specific digital resources. Ensure timely updates and consistency in student-facing tools and platforms.
- Newsletter & CV Book Management: Curate and distribute the weekly MIM newsletter. Coordinate CV Book reminders, quality control, and recruiter outreach. Career Events Support (All Populations): Manage CDC mailbox, validate recruiter accounts, post jobs, and support event logistics. Liaise on newsletters and calendars, and assist in alumni event delivery.

The ideal candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in career services, student engagement, program coordination, or learning management systems, ideally within an educational institution or a global context.
- Demonstrated familiarity and proficiency with digital learning platforms (LMS), CRM systems, job portals, and various communication tools.
- Ability to collect and report basic feedback or data insights.
- Experience working effectively in multicultural environments.
- High digital proficiency, including strong command of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with specific LMS and career platforms.
- Passionate about helping others and dedicated to delivering excellent service to both internal and external clients, while working within organisation’s framework and guidelines.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work and demonstrate reliability in performing their day-to-day responsibilities.
