About the role:Are you ready to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech company? We’re looking for an Indirect Purchaser to support the procurement of goods and services across functions such as HR, marketing, IT, legal, and office management. You will help ensure smooth purchasing processes and collaborate with various internal teams to meet their needs effectively. Working closely with the Procurement Manager, you will also partner with key internal stakeholders.This position suits someone eager to grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and contribute to the success of innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and gather purchasing requirements from support functions.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers of services and non-technical goods to optimize cost and quality.
- Manage supplier relationships and help expand our network of trusted vendors.
- Support procurement process improvements in an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Monitor market trends to ensure we benefit from the most innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in indirect procurement or support services.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A proactive and autonomous work style with openness to learn and challenge existing practices.
- Fluency in English and French spoken and written.
