Reporting to the Purchasing Operational Excellence team, your main mission will be to contribute to the deployment of the contract management process within Bouygues Construction :
Contract management :
- Manage and deploy the process and performance of contracts throughout their life cycle in France and abroad.
- Coordinate and manage the updating of the contract database.
- Support the roll-out of the new contracts tool
- Contribute to continuous improvement with the Legal Department (support buyers during negotiations, anticipate contract renewals).
- Propose tools to communicate and highlight purchasing recommendations and strategies.
- Train the purchasing network in contract management.
- Organize the contract management committee.
- Participate in the internationalization of purchasing contract management.
- Experience in purchasing.
- Appetence for legal and contractual issues.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to anticipate and manage contract renewals.
- Ability to train and involve teams in the specifics of contract management.
- Ability to collaborate with legal teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people.
- Proactivity and initiative to anticipate needs and solutions.
