MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator implements the sales and marketing strategies developed jointly with the Director of Sales & Marketing. They collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize commercial performance, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales targets.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client Relations:
o Assists the sales teams in handling incoming client requests promptly and in accordance with company standards;
o Participates in phone calls and/or client meetings to secure new requests and/or close ongoing inquiries;
o Requests client feedback to ensure satisfaction or gather any issues encountered in order to propose corrective actions.
• Sales Management:
o Assists the Reactive Sales Manager in managing incoming requests;
o Supports the Reactive Sales Manager in their daily tasks;
o Conducts market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats;
o Works closely with sales, product, and communication teams to ensure message and action consistency.
• Marketing:
o Develops the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing;
o Coordinates and monitors the implementation of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, ensuring compliance with the group’s brand standards;
o Analyzes the results of campaigns and sales actions and proposes improvements;
o Organizes events, trade shows, or promotions to promote the company’s products and services;
o Manages the publication of official company communications on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) in accordance with the group’s brand standards;
o Updates the company website in line with the group’s brand standards.
• Communication:
o Communicates with colleagues and clients using clear, appropriate, and professional language;
o Shares service needs or potential issues discreetly with colleagues, away from client areas;
o Answers the phone using the company’s standard greeting within three rings, with a warm and welcoming tone, using the client’s name whenever possible.
• Procedures and Standards:
o Protects the security and confidentiality of information related to clients or colleagues;
o Maintains the confidentiality of company data and equipment;
o Adheres to all company and/or department procedures.
• Human Resources:
o Builds and maintains an open and effective working relationship with all team members;
o Ensures completion of mandatory internal training and Marriott International virtual training;
