LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst
Responsabilities :
- Work with internal stakeholders (including Product Roadmap owners) and directly with clients to refine high level requirements.
- Partner with Product managers to understand business requirements, and translate them into features and user stories.
- Write and manage user stories to support new product capabilities and attend agile planning ceremonies to ensure that new features are delivered with speed and quality
- For more complex features, conduct feasibility assessments with Technology and provide recommendations to the Head of Product.
- Partner with UX team to create mockups to illustrate the functional requirements
- Work with an agile development team to enable development, and tests of features on the product roadmap
- Maintain backlog for product development and facilitate regular backlog prioritization meetings
- Ensure that non-functional requirements are identified and brought within scope.
- Analyse how our customer use our products
What we are looking for :
- Strong experience working with large scale software systems in a Product Owner or Business Analysis role
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience ( 5+ year) gained through additional years working in IT
- Can grasp complex technical models quickly and challenges the "norm"
- Able to reduce complex issues to succinct and simple forms, process oriented
- An excellent communication and meeting facilitator
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable and effective in influencing without authority
- Makes pragmatic decisions in situations of risk and uncertainty
- A good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience of the Agile SAFe / Scrum project approaches
- Shows initiative, self-motivated, pro-active
- Logical and objective
