Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team and take ownership of how Botify delivers search performance, ensuring that our clients' most critical content is accessible, fully rendered for bots, and indexed across discovery platforms including AI search systems.
In this role, you will be driving the performance, visibility, and indexability of our clients’ websites. You’ll ensure Botify continues to crawl, index, and deliver fresh, bot-optimized content efficiently and reliably, while leading improvements that keep pace with the evolution of search. This includes developing best practices, optimizing for emerging AI-driven discovery systems, and helping define how the industry approaches search performance in an AI-first world.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring that our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our users. You’ll be part of a talented team of Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers, and a Technical Writer; and you’ll collaborate closely with other stakeholders from Engineering, and business functions, including Sales, Account Management, Services and Marketing, to ensure strategic alignment and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated product areas
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research with Product Designers and Product Marketing Managers to understand our customers and prospects pain points and needs; identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, and influence across Prospect and Customer facing teams by building strong relationships to understand their goals, and needs; looping them in at the right moments, and aligning on shared outcomes
- Translate user needs and business requirements into product initiatives that you’ll test and prioritize based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers and our Technical Writer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, and with Engineering to ensure scalable and robust solutions, as well as high-quality delivery
- Define key metrics to impact, analyze product performance over time, and drive data-informed decisions
Partner with Product Marketing Managers to communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization -
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated product areas
Your qualification:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
- Ability to engage with end-users in French and English (oral & written), conduct user research, and intelligently integrate findings into your work
- Excellent teamwork, partnership, and collaborative skills, with a demonstrated ability to align points of view and stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to product development, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis to inform strategy and decision-making
- Successful track record of diving into projects and managing them from start to finish
- Thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment
- Experience in technical SEO, with a strong passion for AI capabilities and especially its impact on search and automation, in SaaS is a plus
Fluent in French & English -
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
