For this particular position, we are working with a well established business process outsourcing company to find a Social Media Advisor for the French market.
*This is a full-time position based in Portugal. Relocation support is provided to international candidates.
Your Responsibilities:
● Provide assistance via phone, email, and chat for inquiries
● Share product expertise with comprehensive information about its products and services
● Address customer inquiries with a high level of empathy, ensuring satisfaction and
fostering trust in every interaction.
● Educate and guide users on navigating the social media platform.
Job Requirements:
● EU passport/ID or a Portuguese residence permit
● Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French
● High level of English (minimum B2 Level)
● Minimum education - High School Diploma
