Universal Pictures International (UPI) is the International Distribution and Marketing division for Universal Pictures. In the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and China, UPI directly markets and distributes movies through its local offices, creating campaigns and release strategies that respond to the culture and market behaviour of those territories. In other parts of the world, UPI partners with Paramount and Sony in the distribution of all three companies’ films. Universal Pictures International France is looking for a Social Media Creative Content Coordinator managed by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
The Social Media Creative Content Coordinator will assist the Social Media Department to deliver the growing number of activations with local partners / influencers, every theatrical release requiring a minimum of these activations.
1. Social media
- Working closely with the social creative content specialist on the social strategy in terms of key platforms and contents
- Owning the brand social media channels and planning daily focuses with the social agency
- Working closely with the project marketing managers & marketing coordinator / HO agency on the social media assets localisation
- Comments moderation and social listening with the social agency
- Coordination of trailer breaks and AV content with the International social team and Head office (HO) team (content plannings, wordings, platforms, social ads …)
- Analyse & report relevant engagement metrics to determine social media campaigns improvements
2-Influencers & Events
- Working with influencers on events in collaboration with event agencies, project marketing managers and PR team
- Identifying creators to work with and feed into the Influencer team/ maintain relationships for UPI
- Analyse & report relevant engagement metrics in a test & learn approach
- Coordination with the HO team & PR team on international influencers events etc
- Coordinate with social agencies for social coverage for local events e.g Premières
3-Creative content
- Working on local assets creation (French local productions, French voices on animation titles,…)
- Working on brand content with key partners
- Working on AV Content for media stunts, events, talents and influencers
- Selecting the AV content for the social channels in collaboration with the project marketing managers & marketing coordinator (Tv Spots, Newsfeed, Verticals, Bumpers, etc.)
4. Data & insights
- Share best practices internally and with the HO team
- Strategic monitoring on social and digital innovations in the French and International media landscape
5. Budget
- PO creation in SAP and check invoices in SNAP
