Job Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and engage potential clients in order to provide service solutions based on their needs;
- Build and maintain good customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and seek opportunities to expand business;
- Understand market trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies according to market changes;
- Develop the local market and actively mobilize resources to support customers;
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Account Management or Business Development within the IT industry;
- Experienced in building and managing regional accounts and projects;
- Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to conduct business negotiations independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills;
- Experience of working in dynamic environments and integrated service projects;
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and the local language;
- Willingness to travel as required.
