What You’ll Do:
As we scale, this hands-on technical leadership role is about serving as the connective tissue across all engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional coordination among software, digital/analog hardware, optics, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Manage roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, identifying critical paths and proactively mitigating risks.
Act as the primary technical liaison for external partners.
Support teams in resolving technical blockers by facilitating access to resources.
Reporting statuses to executives regularly and succinctly.
Adapt to shifting priorities and dynamic project requirements with a strong sense of ownership and agility.
Qualifications:
Master’s in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of program or project management experience in high-tech R&D environments such as semiconductors, AI/ML systems, or advanced hardware.Strong technical foundation in machine learning and/or semiconductor technologies.
Proven track record of hands-on technical involvement. Experience shipping a product involving ML or custom silicon is a strong plus.Expertise with modern project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced, innovative R&D environment.
