As Volumes and Capacity Coordinator within our Procurement team you will be responsible for M&S Long Term Volume Forecast management and Capacity analysis.
Main responsibilities:
- Drumbeat the overall process related to long term volume forecast (establish planning, plan routine reviews and alignment meetings
- Ensure that volumes to be considered by the sites are the result of ppm and Supply agreement (in particular on duality short term, long term)
- Perform Sanity-check and verify consistency of volumes to consider, based on strategic decisions that will have been taken, factory-observed market practices and statistical abnormalities
- Be the system owner of Horizon and ensure that Volumes Database structure and formalism is respected, before uploading new volumes for sites databases
- Bring the elements of knowledge for initial Manufacturing balancing strategies in multisourcing situations
- Support Loadings and Capacities functions, by securing the data robustness
- Follow, with production sites, their continuous data analysis process, in order to improve data accuracy (performances and practices per equipment, per product)
- Use predefined models to analysis performances, according to the type of processes (per batch or per unit)
- Ensure that sites work with homogeneous designations of machines brands, models and other parameters
- Make sure that performances per equipment per product are reasonable, meaning not associated to a poor organization nor to over-estimated performances
- Identify abnormal performances or abnormal practices, based on models results
- Participate to Capacities and Loadings analysis per site, per product, per technology, etc…
About you
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management.
- At least 8 years working experience in manufacturing in pharmaceutical industry. Practical experience in pharmaceutical production, engineering or manufacturing excellence.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong Agile, Pro-active, Planning, Organisational, Prioritisation and negotiation skills with a good sense of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (writing & verbal) with excellent command of English.
- Balanced Judgment / Risk based approach
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to work independently and write technical reports
- Analytical thinking, Problem solving, hands-on troubleshooting, Risk assessment, and root cause analysis skills
