Joins us as a Business Analytics & Project Coordinator and support the Barclays Europe CEO’s teams by delivering high-quality business data analysis, reporting, and presentation materials. Your role actively contributes to project coordination and helps drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to management and key stakeholders.

Essential Skills

Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and visualize data clearly. Familiarity with financial data

Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills; able to communicate complex information in an accessible and straightforward way.

Good project coordination and organizational abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with colleagues at all levels.

2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or project support

Fluent in English and French

Desirable skills:
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

University degree (e.g. in business, economics, finance, data science, or related fields).

Excellent and impeccable PowerPoint and Excel

Familiarity with private banking processes and client-related reporting is an advantage.

This role is based in Monaco

This role is a 12 month secondment

Purpose of the role

To enable the success of the business and assist senior leaders navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals

Accountabilities

Collaboration with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Liaison between different business units and functions, fostering communication and collaboration.
Management and coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes and strengthen the control environment.
Improvement of operational efficiency within the organisation including the identification of areas for improvement, streamlining of processes, and implementation of best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Development of performance reporting for key metrics that reinforce the strategic objectives of the division and support the external commitments made. Involvement in aspects of financial analysis and budget management, including assistance in financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance against targets.
Support to business heads in partnership with HR on hiring, workforce planning, joiner/mover/leaver actions.

Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc).to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Communicate complex information. 'Complex' information could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience.
Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
