Meridiam is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Paris. She/he will be in charge of the generalist HR operational duties of the people within the Meridiam project companies (approx. 150 people, with the aim to double the size in the next years) across 30 countries and will work closely with the Project Leaders and the Regional Chief Operating Officers.
The HR Business Partner will provide support and guidance to HR duties within our Portfolio companies, around 3 key HR development areas: Talent acquisition, International Mobilities and People Development. Those HR Duties are built mainly around the Meridiam and portfolio companies Strategic Workforce planning. Therefore, main activities will involve:
Provide recruitment advice and support to project leaders (liaising and ensuring follow up with recruitment firms and retained candidates, managing talent pools) for C-level positions in project companies (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.) across the world,
Ensure the most relevant employment conditions based on country, seniority, business constraints, etc.,
Support the strategic workforce planning deployment, in enhancing performance management, succession planning and talent management within the portfolio companies’ network, together with the Meridiam People Development Manager,
Integrate International Mobilities opportunities and moves as part of the strategic workforce planning,
Support the animation of an HR network within the project companies’ network,
Ensure regular reporting of HR activities and issues to management (HR Director, Meridiam & portfolio companies’ Management),
Support HR Team in other activities and development projects as requested.
Education: Business School or Master degree preferably in Human ResourcesGood knowledge of French Labour Law and international mobility
Tools: Advanced usage of Excel, HRIS (currently EURECIA but will change), Recrutee (ATS), SharePoint
Strong team spirit, experience working in matrix/complex/fast-paced environments and international settings is required
Experience: 5 to 8 years’ experience in HR in an international environment
Fluent in English & French, knowledge of another language would be an asset
