What you'll do & Who you are
Join our Internal Communications team within the Marketing and Communications Department, and enjoy a rewarding experience in a dynamic environment conducive to innovation.
As an intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to acquire a wide range of skills in internal communications and change management in a company undergoing a major transformation.
Your main tasks will involve :
- Organizing internal events:
Participate in the design and organization of events for employees.
Coordination of logistics and relations with external service providers.
Follow-up of event communication (invitations, reminders, feedback).
- Optimizing content linked to internal strategy or transformation projects:
Improve presentations to support communication on strategic or transformation projects.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure that information is up to date, relevant and well presented.
- Corporate change management support:
Participate in the definition and execution of the communication strategy around change projects.
Create and distribute content designed to raise awareness and support employees in the transformation process.
Monitor employee buy-in to change projects and propose adjustments to the communications strategy if necessary.
Skills and qualifications required:
- Education: Minimum of 3 years' higher education in communications, marketing or a similar field.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in office automation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Knowledge of internal communication tools (Intranet, project management tools, etc.).
Desired qualities :
Excellent writing and summarizing skills.
Initiative and autonomy.
Organizational skills, thoroughness and punctuality.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments, including leadership.
Working hours and remuneration:
Working hours: 35h/week
Bonus: 800€/month
