We are looking for a motivated Partnerships Manager Intern to support Scienta Lab’s partnerships team in engaging with leading academic centres, hospitals, and key opinion leaders in immunology. This role bridges the gap between research (target identification) and relationship-building (meetings and follow-up), ensuring smooth, professional, and well-documented interactions with potential partners.
Main Missions:
· Receive and review target lists of institutions, consortia, datasets, and KOLs.
· Conduct background research on targets to help the partnerships team tailor outreach.
· Initiate first contact using established templates, adapting tone and content.
· Manage scheduling of introduction meetings, including coordinating agendas and circulating pre-meeting material.
· Attend meetings with the partnerships team, taking clear and accurate notes with a focus on scientific and strategic points.
· Prepare post-meeting summaries, action points, and deliverables to share with prospective partners.
· Maintain the partnership CRM/database with up-to-date contact details, communication history, and follow-up status.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach and follow-up processes (e.g., better email templates, briefing formats).
In addition, as we operate in a startup environment, we value adaptability. You may occasionally be asked to contribute to tasks outside of your core responsibilities. We estimate that up to 5% of your time may be dedicated to company-wide collaborative efforts.
Who we are looking for
· Pharm D, or master’s degree in biomedical sciences, life sciences, or related fields.
· Strong organizational and documentation skills.
· Full proficiency in English
