We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Aftermarket Director to lead and optimize our aftermarket operations across the EMEA region. This is a key leadership role within our NH&S Solutions Aftermarket team and is critical to driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

Role Overview
The Regional Aftermarket Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the aftermarket and service operations across the EMEA region. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, timely, and cost-effective service, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all regional aftermarket and service operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Manage regional P&L, including revenue targets, margin performance, and cost control
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across service functions
- Develop and lead high-performing teams; build capability to meet current and future needs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external service partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, HR, and Engineering
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational standards
- Oversee planning, delivery, and performance of service quotes and aftermarket support
- Contribute to the development of strategic goals and operational initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership experience within service or manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated success managing people-managers and distributed teams
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to lead change and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Experience building customer-focused, high-performance cultures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools; SAP experience is a plus
- Fluency in English (both technical and conversational)
