What is NEO?
NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee - that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions.
By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance, by leveraging our data, and helping transform L’Oréal into a "smart company"
Today NEO Program is at a turning point: shifting from a "design & build & pilots mode" (phase 1) to a "rollout mode" (phase 2) to deploy NEO in all L’Oréal entities.
