DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES | About the role
We are looking for a responsible Legal Intern to support our corporate legal department for a period of 6 months, starting in January 2025. During this period, you will be working 5 days in the week with the option to spend two of the days working remotely. Perfectly integrated within our corporate division, you will be responsible for assisting the team in several legal areas.
As a Corporate Legal Intern, you will:
- Be responsible for the drafting of legal acts for the good management and organization of the Exclusive Groups companies in France and abroad;
- Participate in the Group's strategic corporate operations (equity operations and intra-group restructuring);
- Be part of the development of intra-group contracts;
- Update the database of Exclusive Networks group companies.
- Take part in legal monitoring and preparation of legal notes on targeted legal issues.
- Maintain legal registers (Meetings, Movements of Securities) of the company and its French subsidiaries.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Corporate Legal Intern:
- Has a Masters degree with a specialization in Business Law;
- Has writing and organizational skills, autonomy and ability for teamwork;
- Is fluent in English (written and oral);
- Is experienced using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
- Is rigorous, detail-oriented and dynamic.
