Key duties and responsibilities
International Mobility
- International Mobility Strategy & Process: Support and implement international mobility strategy in alignment with the Group's objectives.
- Policy Development: Create and update policies related to international assignments, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local laws, and elaborate a concrete framework to address all operation needs.
- Compliance & regulatory implementation: Work closely with local HR teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies, and provide support for international mobilities (short-term & long-term assignments).
- Vendor Management: Work on developing global contracts at Group level with external vendors such as relocation services, immigration consultants and tax support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets related to international assignments, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Support and manage the implementation of mobility in its HR aspects:
- Advise recruiters/HR managers on the various issues of international mobility (immigration, taxation, legislation, social protection, package calculation, career management, etc.).
- Carry out compensation simulations (cost of living differential, salary costs, compensation package calculations, annual salary review) and seek optimal tax solutions, in liaison with experts
- Oversee the entire relocation process coordinating home and host HR departments, including visa applications, housing arrangements, and cultural integration support.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key metrics related to international mobility, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contributes to the operational management of C&B processes and programs such as participating to compensation surveys, the annual salary review, management of deferred compensation and LTI, as well as the regular updating of benefits programs.
- Partner with internal HR development team and communication team to ensure international mobility and reward programs are effectively communicated and improve employee experience.
- Contribute to global HR programs and innovation.
Required experience, education & competencies
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within top-tier consulting firms or publicly traded multinational organizations or HR consulting firm
- Experience managing International Mobility programs in multinational, matrix-structured organizations.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Solution-oriented mindset. Strong synthesis capacity while being able to take operational subjects. Structure and rigorous approach. Autonomous, reliable, keen to learn.
- Creative, capacity to innovate and challenge existing status quo.
- Proactivity to propose simplification in processes & optimization solutions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration across teams without direct reporting link.
- Excellent MS office skills (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint…). Oracle HCM experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with grading and benchmarking tools is beneficial.
Fluent in English and French is a must.
