Missions:
In a multicultural and multilingual environment, within the team of internal management controllers of the Finance Department, the intern will assist in internal control activities. Responsibilities include:
- Describe and update descriptions of the controls implemented.
- Carrying out and formalizing control effectiveness tests.
- Identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor the progress of these action plans with relevant stakeholders.
- The results of the evaluation of the reports in the Internal Control Reporting Tool (BWise).
- Update of the progress dashboards related to internal control activities.
Profile:
- You are currently a student in Bac +4/+5 with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
- You have a good knowledge of accounting standards and principles. You are able to analyze processes and formalize summary reports in a timely manner.
- You are rigorous and have interpersonal skills in order to work in a team.
- You have a sense of organization, you are curious and know how to listen.
- You speak French and English with an advanced level (oral and written).
- You are comfortable with the pack desk.
Good to have :
- Knowledge of SOX.
- A first experience in the various processes considered important for financial reporting.
During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
