Michino Paris – Luxury Leather Goods
Michino Paris is a luxury leather goods house founded by Japanese designer Yasu Michino. The brand embodies a refined blend of French elegance, Japanese minimalism, and Italian/French artisanal craftsmanship.
We are currently seeking a motivated, client-focused team player to support the growth of our brand. This position offers a great opportunity for someone with experience in luxury sales who is eager to move beyond boutique retail into a broader role covering client services, after-sales support, VIP relations, and communication/marketing tasks.
About the Role
Michino does not operate a stand-alone boutique. All direct-to-client sales take place by appointment at our Paris showroom. During client visits, you will take on sales responsibilities, while outside of appointments your focus will be on client care, service, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Deliver a personalized and exceptional shopping experience to international and local clients.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Advise clients on collections, craftsmanship, and brand identity.
- Support showroom presentation and stock management.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation in line with the brand’s image.
Client Relations & Administrative Support
- Provide smooth after-sales service and follow-up on client purchases.
- Maintain and update CRM databases for targeted outreach and tailored communication.
- Assist with order processing, logistics coordination, and general sales administration.
- Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Contribute to both online and offline marketing activities to increase engagement.
- Support the organization of brand events and private appointments.
- Stay informed on luxury industry trends and client expectations to bring fresh ideas.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales with strong customer service skills.
- Genuine passion for the luxury industry and the ambition to grow into a more business-oriented position.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Japanese, and French (both spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, social media) is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to thrive in an international luxury environment.
