As part of our Business Operations & Performance Department, we are looking for our Sales & Offering Intelligence Manager to lead our strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our sales & offerings performance, strengthening our competitive position, and optimizing pricing strategies. You will play a key role in analyzing and defining strategic directions, with a particular focus on our product and service offerings.


Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of our product and service offerings.
  • Propose corrective actions to improve business outcomes and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify performance levers and implement concrete actions.

Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market trends, strengths and weaknesses of key competitors, and industry shifts.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on competitive analysis to effectively position the company's offerings.
  • Manage and maintain competitive intelligence databases.

Pricing Analysis:

  • Analyze current pricing structures and compare them with market standards and competitor pricing.
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Collaborate with offer teams, finance teams, and sales teams to adjust pricing policies based on market results and company objectives.

Offer Management:

  • Work closely with product teams to analyze and recommend adjustments to existing offerings based on market feedback and business performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for offer development based on performance analysis and competitive insights.

Landing & Pipeline Management:

  • Monitor and analyze sales funnel performance, identifying drop-off points and areas for optimization.
  • Work closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion rates and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop data-driven insights to refine pipeline management strategies and improve forecast accuracy.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on performance, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy results.
  • Lead meetings with internal stakeholders to share results and adjust strategies based on feedback.

The perfect match...

  • Education: Master’s degree (business school, engineering, or equivalent) with a specialization in strategy, performance management, market analysis, or pricing.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.), and the ability to drive actionable insights.
  • Pricing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Competitive Intelligence Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth competitive research and interpret market trends.
  • Landing & Pipeline Management: Knowledge of sales funnel dynamics and ability to optimize lead conversion processes.
  • Leadership: Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and French. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
