Job Description
You are joining the Back Office team (ELC CORPORATE DESK2). As such, your main tasks will be to act as back office manager for export documentary credit transactions on behalf of a corporate client.
- Monitor and execute the instructions for issuing and/or notifying an export documentary credit received from banks in favour of customers;
- Manage operations, in accordance with internal processes and rules and practices governing documentary credits;
- Handle possible investigations;
- Provide support and advice to clients in setting up their operations;
- Handle phone calls and emails.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in the Trade Finance Back Office, with successful experience on documentary credits.
You are proficient:
- Documentary credit transactions;
- The rules and practices governing letters of credit;
- Common office tools and FBTI.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Good communication and responsive to business issues;
- Rigorous, organized and proactive;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
