We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Partner Success Manager (B2B2C/B2B) with a hands on mentality to drive marketing strategies in one of our strategic account groups in Europe and with potential expansion into Africa and the Middle East. Your key objective in this role is to make positive impacts in our partner’s customer growth, retention, as well as customer experience; beyond happy clients that achieve their goals with F-Secure’s digital protection solutions and services.
In this role, you would be the marketing lead for the Group account, where you’re responsible for devising marketing plans to support our business goals. You will play an active role when it comes to the go-to-market and in-life, working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure the success of the partnership. As well as a strong background in partner marketing, a deep understanding of CSPs/Telecommunications (Telco) business and experience of how CSPs/Telcos manage their customer journey; lifecycle messaging and ATL/BTL marketing strategies as well as an understanding of Consumer Cyber Security solutions is highly preferred.
This is a mainly a remote role located in France (ideally in Paris region). It is good to note, that though our working arrangements are mostly flexible, this role requires some travelling and working occasionally on-site with some of the partners in Paris.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary marketing consultant for partners, offering best practices and ensuring alignment with F-Secure’s goals.
- Oversee go-to-market planning and project management for all marketing delerviables with partner service launches.
- Identifying opportunities and implementing marketing campaigns to drive partner subscriber growth and active usage of our services (i.e., active users/devices).
- Develop high-impact marketing programs to support sales efforts.
- Manage partner lifecycle messaging and optimize strategies to improve key performance metrics.
- Create compelling localized content, sales collateral, thought leadership content, and pitch materials to drive conversions.
- Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize efforts based on data driven insights.
- Meet sales targets set by VP Major Partner Segment while managing marketing plans within budget envelope.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in partner success management or partner marketing, with a strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to generate and sell innovative ideas to drive sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills, taking ownership to connect partner needs with business goals and maximizing partner relationships.
- You are keen to get to know the B2B2C world of working through Service Providers.
- Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in managing external agencies and suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English
