We are looking for a Biomedical Ecosystem Intern to support our Data Partnerships efforts. Your mission will be to map the scientific and clinical ecosystem relevant to our research programs and to identify data sources that can support project delivery and internal R&D.
This is a role is focused on review of scientific literature, and data organization. You will work closely with the Partnerships team to feed their efforts with structured insights and relevant leads.
Main Missions:
· Scientific Ecosystem Mapping
o Identify and document key opinion leaders in immuno-inflammation
o Map leading academic centres, hospitals, and research groups with active involvement in immune-mediated diseases and omics research.
o Build and maintain internal knowledge bases to organize this information
· Dataset & Initiative Sourcing
o Identify academic or consortium datasets with rich clinical and multi-omics data relevant to our focus areas.
o Track and document private data initiatives, public biobanks, and data-sharing initiatives (e.g., IMI, NIH, EU projects).
o Document dataset characteristics (disease, omics types, sample size, data access conditions, etc.).
o Monitor scientific literature and public databases to support the identification of relevant cohorts or data resources.
o Track emerging research consortia, clinical trials, or collaborations that align with our interests.
In addition, as we operate in a startup environment, we value adaptability. You may occasionally be asked to contribute to tasks outside of your core responsibilities. We estimate that up to 5% of your time may be dedicated to company-wide collaborative efforts.
Who we are looking for
· Pharm D, or master’s degree in biomedical sciences, life sciences, or related fields.
· Strong literature review skills and ability to extract structured information from scientific articles and databases.
· Strong organizational and documentation skills.
· Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Excel) to build internal resources.
· Full proficiency in English
